How it all works

Start by filling out our enquiry form, and we’ll confirm if your wedding date is available.

Once your date is confirmed, we’ll provide a quick clarity call or questionnaire to gather information so we can send through your personalised proposal, valid for 7 days.
If you decide to move forward, simply submit your proposal, sign your contract on the next page and pay your $500.00 booking fee.

Sit back and relax for a minute, I know how intense this booking process is with all vendors so take a little breather from the wedding deep dive.
If you haven’t already, start looking at and gathering any inspiration for your wedding florals.

You will receive a wedding questionnaire 14 weeks out from your date to gather finer day details, including your timeline.
A final consultation will be organised 6-8 weeks out to confirm all your floral specifics so we can send out your final invoice, due 4 weeks prior to your event.

We will check in 48 hours prior to your event with on the day details, so you can sit back and relax knowing we’ll bring your vision to life with beautifully curated florals, ensuring every detail is as perfect as you imagined.

Yes, we have a minimum investment of $4,000 for wedding florals with onsite service. This ensures we can create the abundant, artfully designs that align with our signature style.

We service Central Coast/Hunter Valley and Newcastle and provide floral design for weddings across the region and surrounding areas. If you’re planning a destination wedding, we may be able to accommodate—just ask!

We love incorporating your favorite flowers whenever possible! However, flower availability depends on the season. We’ll guide you toward the best options to achieve your desired look. Also we will need to re-calculate designs if more floral heavy.

Yes, we provide a full setup service to ensure your florals are placed perfectly. We also offer a pack-down service for an additional fee if needed or a bring back option on certain hire items and styling.

We work closely with you to ensure your florals, styling and all the elements align with your vision. You are open to add on any items, move things around, or takeaway within your quote. You just can’t reduce it by more than $500 once converted into improve.
All final changes do not have to be made until 4 weeks out from your date. We do not need all the finer details from you to secure your date with us.

Yes, we are a full-service florist and offer styling. Our flower designs pair beautifully with our styling pieces to ensure your wedding aesthetic is not only stunning but cohesive. We offer a large range of luxe styling items including structures, candles and candle holders, table numbers and signage, wishing wells runners and napkins, vases, bowls and lots of stunning pieces to elevate your wedding day.

To book with Fern Rd Floral design, you will receive your personalised proposal where you can submit your inclusions, sign your contract and pay your $500.00 booking fee.
If you love our work you, can lock in your wedding with a $250.00 save the date. Then finalise the details as you need.
